• Must have proper grips and solid fundamentals  on all strokes
• Personal goal to make their high school tennis team

• Variety of serves: kick, slice & flat
• Aggressive and accurate continental volleys and overheads
• Extensive shot selection
• Singles and doubles movement and strategy
• Match play & mental toughness
