Freshman Development:
Tuesdays
Ages: 8-10
3:30 - 5:00 PM
Requirements:
• Must love tennis and want to be there
• Must have at least one season of USTA or ALTA league play
Focus:
• Teaching topspin groundstrokes with a complete follow-through
• Teaching continental serves using the 6 steps
• Teaching volley & overheads using the continental grip
• Introduction to point-play with emphasis on using good fundamentals
• Doubles positioning
• Match-Play
